Return & Exchange Policy

 

At GUULPOSH, each piece is crafted with care, and we hope you love your purchase.

If for any reason you wish to return or exchange your order, we’re happy to assist under the following terms:

 

Eligibility

• Returns & exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused & unwashed with all original tags, packaging intact and bill of sale.
• Sale/discounted items and custom-sized pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

Process

• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us on WhatsApp at [+919910021184] within the 7-day window.
• Once your request is approved, you can ship the item back to us.

Shipping Costs

• The shipping cost for returns or exchanges will be borne by the customer.
• In the rare case of a damaged or defective garment, GuulPosh will not process an exchange but will return the item to you at our expense.

 

Refunds

• For returns, store credit will be issued once the product passes our quality check.
• Cash refunds are not available.
